Clam Gulch Lodge

Clam Gulch Lodge and B&B provides one of the best values on the Kenai Peninsula. As our guest you will enjoy all of the modern conveniences of home, exceptional service, and warm hospitality. The lodge's accommodations include five comfortable guest rooms, three bathrooms, and a spacious living and dining area. The outside facilities include a large deck for enjoying the long daylight periods, a huge lawn overlooking Cook Inlet, and a rustic stone fire pit perfect to relax around while recapping the day's fun activities.

The lodge is located in a small rural Alaskan community, but is conveniently located along the Sterling Highway (AK Route 1) between Soldotna/Kenai and Homer. The lodge is about 170 miles from the Ted Stevens-Anchorage International Airport and about 35 miles from the Kenai Airport. Please click here for a directions.

Rooms in the Lodge

The bed configurations of the five comfortable and spacious bedrooms can accommodate a variety of family/group sizes:

  • Pink Room: King sized bed
  • Sockeye Room: King sized bed
  • Coho Room: King sized bed plus a twin bed
  • Chum Room: Full size bed plus two twin beds
  • King Room: Queen sized bed, a full size bed plus two twin beds

Eagle's Nest Cabin

The newly remodeled Eagle’s Nest Cabin offers guests the ability to experience the beautiful Alaskan scenery that the original homesteaders in the area enjoyed. The cabin sleeps up to six people and has the amenities to make your stay very comfortable—a fully furnished kitchen, a dining area, a bathroom, and a deck with bar-b-que grill.

The views from the Lodge are breathtaking and include scenic views of Cook Inlet, four of the "Ring of Fire" volcanoes (Mt. Redoubt, Mt. Iliamna, Mt. Spur, and Mt. Augustine), and the local wildlife. Guests quickly learn to keep their cameras ready to capture images of the bald eagles, bears, and moose that frequently venture into the yard.

Following your day of exploring and participating in all of the fun activities on the Kenai Peninsula, you can relax and meet the other guests in the Lodge's great room. The room has a large dining area and a living/entertainment area with a surround sound home theater.
